As a Backend Staff Software Engineer, you will scale Unify's core platform, drive technical roadmap, and set engineering excellence standards. You will work closely with founders, Product, Design, and GTM stakeholders to deliver high-impact production-grade systems at scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software-engineering experience
- 3+ years leading critical projects or teams
- Deep, hands-on expertise scaling and operating PostgreSQL
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact, production-grade systems at scale
- Collaborative, low-ego attitude with a history of mentoring engineers
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
