The Digital Content Assistant Manager is responsible for driving strategic, creative, governance, and performance conversations of digital content across Unilab brands. The role ensures that brand content is effective, data-driven, consumer-centric, and consistent across platforms and formats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or related fields
- 3-5 years of strong experience in digital, content and influencer marketing, or related roles
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content formats, and influencer marketing
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams (brand, creative agencies, media, analytics)
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing multiple brands or business units is an advantage
- Experience in content AI tools, measurement frameworks, or AB testing is a plus
