The company is seeking a Digital Human Resources Officer to investigate HR issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. The role involves configuring and maintaining HR systems, and leveraging Project Management to support new HR technologies and system improvements.
Requirements
- Investigate HR issues and work with stakeholders on resolution.
- Identify and recommend solutions to address problems aligned with business and HR functions.
- Configure and maintain HR systems.
- Analyze business requirements and manage project deliverables.
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of HR processes integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Human Resource Management is preferred, but a BS in related field with IT experience is sufficient.
