OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE/ INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SPECIALIST

As an Operational Excellence/Industrial Engineering Specialist, you will lead and support Lean Implementation Programs, lead and manage productivity and savings projects, and handle data analytics and case studies. You will also lead and facilitate Strategic Planning Exercises and Budget review process, and generate Plant Key Performance Indicators Reports. You will be part of a Learning Organization that supports your development and provides opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Management, or other related engineering courses.
• 5-7 years of work experience
• Advance skills in MS Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint; Power BI programming a plus
• Experience and knowledgeable in Lean Management concepts and Programs; with Lean Sigma Belt is a plus
