Job Description
Unilabs is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join a maternity-cover contract position. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining company reputation. The representative will work closely with other teams and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience in the healthcare or medical industry
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills
