Job Description
Unilabs is seeking a Team Lead Blood/Name to lead and support a team of approximately 20-25 flebotomists in Utrecht and the surrounding region. The role focuses on providing a warm, professional experience for patients and supporting team growth, ensuring smooth daily work and excellent service quality. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a focus on improving quality and productivity.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience leading teams, preferably within the care sector or a service-oriented environment
- Proficiency in flebotomy
- Valid driver's license (B) and access to a car
- Positive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
