• Oversee compliance with Quality Objectives and effectiveness of corrective actions
• Coordinate adherence to inspection procedures, upholding quality requirements
• Supervise Calibration System for measuring and test equipment, ensuring equipment maintenance and compliance with customer specifications
• Select, train, develop, and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Manage staff performance, promoting interdepartmental cohesion
