Clinical Supervisor

Counseling and Treatment Center and Promise Wellness Center are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide consultation and training to MH-license-eligible staff and trainees. The role involves providing training on crisis management, confidentiality, compliance, and mandated reports, as well as performing quality assurance duties and attending meetings. The position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Must meet minimum qualifications for a California license for at least two years prior to supervision.
• Must have a current and valid California license for at least two years prior to commencement of supervision.
• Must have at least one year of supervisory experience in behavioral health treatment field.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience working with behavioral health services.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of co-occurring treatment services.
• Knowledge of cultural competency.
• Strength in professionalism and ethical integrity.
