Territory Manager Surgical Division

The Territory Manager for Surgical Division will be responsible for providing support to surgical customers in the East Midlands, including operating room products like Laparoscopic, Cardiac, Vascular, and Urology devices. This role requires proactivity, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key healthcare providers. The position is sales-focused, requiring proactive identification of opportunities and conversion into revenue.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Surgical Sales professional with 3+ years in Medical Sales.
• Experience selling into operating theaters, with an advantage if you have existing relationships in Gynaecology and Urology specialties.
• Strong planning, organizational, and account management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
• Full training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
