Loss Prevention Associate MAYFAIR

Loss Prevention Associate at UNIQLO Mayfair Shopping Centre (Victoria Island, BC) responsible for implementing and executing Loss Prevention initiatives and policies to protect company assets and ensure customer and employee safety. Key responsibilities include training store personnel, detecting and safely apprehending shoplifters, and implementing loss reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection in a multi-unit capacity
• Full understanding of Canadian federal, provincial and local laws and regulations regarding apprehensions, safety, and all aspects of Loss Prevention
• Provincially licensed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
• Problem-solver and results oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Works well with teams and autonomously
• Knowledge and familiarity with using MS office and G-suite
