Job Description
Unis is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products within a professional and cost-effective manner. This role requires coordination with other management and customer relationships, ensuring safety and compliance, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Completed PC courses are highly desirable
- Familiar with warehouse management and operations
- Knowledge of inventory control management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in warehouse work (2-3 years)
- At least one (1) year in lead position
