Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor supervises receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product in a professional manner consistent with company operations, cost objectives, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Assists management team in acting as liaison between Logistics Team, customers, and carriers to ensure the highest level of quality service is provided.
• Identify and implement processes to ensure the facility meets or exceeds budget requirements.
• Ensure the facility is in constant compliance with all Federal and State OSHA and Company Safety requirements.
• Create and sustain a safe, clean, and orderly facility.
• Promote employee development through in-house training, goal setting and achievement feedback.
• Provide management with recommendations for promotions, wage increases and terminations.
• Promote and maintain an ongoing safety awareness program.
