ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for financial services. The role focuses on IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operation Management (ITOM), and Certificate Lifecycle Management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enterprise security standards. The architect will develop and configure ServiceNow modules, provide technical guidance, and contribute to architectural best practices.

Requirements

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
• Ability to architect solutions using the Cloud Management, Orchestration, and CMDB (CSDM) frameworks.
• Experience with scripting technologies (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell) and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures and discovery in these environments.
• A strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within an enterprise environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow certifications in ITOM or CMDB are often required or preferred.
