Tech Project & Delivery Manager

This Tech Project & Delivery Manager role oversees a portfolio of markets, working closely with product managers and solution engineers to build and manage technology roadmaps. The role involves managing contracts, process improvements, and cross-functional communication to support new market entry and ongoing innovation. Project management is critical to achieving efficiency and scale for new market entry and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Experience as tech project manager working for companies with international footprint
• Physical retail or restaurant project management experience preferred
• Technical knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Power BI, Project Management software & ability to learn new applications
• Project management/project planning
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and initiatives
• Able to communicate/present clearly to all levels of management
• Process creation and metrics reporting experience
