Technical Business Analyst - AS400 & Silverlake

Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for core banking enhancements and projects. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for AS/400 or Silverlake-based applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services.
• Strong hands-on understanding of AS/400 (RPG/CL, DB2/400) and/or Silverlake Core Banking System.
• Experience with core banking processes: Payments & Transfers, Loans & Lending, Deposits & CASA, Trade Finance (optional), Customer & Account Management.
• Ability to prepare high-quality documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, data mapping).
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong SQL/data analysis skills and understanding of DB2/400 file structures.
