Technical Lead - Trade Finance

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of Trade Finance applications for a leading banking client.

Requirements

• Lead technical design, development, and implementation of Trade Finance solutions.
• Design and build secure, scalable APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Drive DevOps adoption — CI/CD, automation, and containerization.
• Manage and optimize application servers (WebSphere, JBoss) for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with business and architecture teams to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Ensure compliance with bank’s security, audit, and performance standards.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to the development team.
• Support production deployment and incident resolution.
