Director of Structured Products & Investment Strategy

We’re looking for a bold, innovative investment leader ready to shape the future of fixed income and structured credit at Unison. In this pivotal role, you won’t just develop products; you’ll create entirely new investment vehicles, steer strategy from first concept to full-scale launch, and directly influence how investors engage with one of the fastest-evolving segments of the residential real estate market.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional experience in financial services, with a strong background in structured credit, investment management, or fixed income markets.
• Hands-on experience as a Portfolio Manager, Trader, or Investment Product Lead with exposure to ABS, RMBS, or CMBS.
• Proven ability to design, structure, and launch institutional or retail investment products.
• Deep understanding of securitization mechanics, credit modeling, and asset-level analytics.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in risk systems, analytics platforms, or technology-enabled investment workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex market concepts for internal and external audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CFA preferred.
