Senior Release Engineer

Uniswap Labs is looking for a Senior Release Engineer to build and own the end-to-end release process for their web and mobile applications, transforming how they ship products to millions of users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with significant focus on release engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering for consumer applications
• Proven experience shipping and managing releases for high-traffic web and mobile applications at scale
• Deep expertise in building CI/CD pipelines from scratch (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, or similar)
• Strong programming skills in languages like TypeScript, Python, or Go for building robust automation tools
• Experience with mobile app release processes (iOS/Android app stores, code signing, distribution)
• Track record of improving release processes in fast-moving organizations with multiple deployment targets
• Understanding of quality control at scale - from automated testing strategies to progressive rollout techniques
• Ability to thrive in greenfield environments where you'll be building foundational systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with genuine excitement about tackling complex, unsexy problems that have massive impact
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and influence without authority
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify problems and drive solutions independently
