As a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Unisys Customer Service Team, providing guidance to clients and troubleshooting technical issues. You will be responsible for coordinating Service Requests and collaborating with colleagues to solve problems. The role requires fluency in English and native/close to native language skills in French, as well as experience in telephone technical support or customer service.
