Job Description
The Senior Technical Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products. Responsibilities include installing, repairing and maintaining End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Systems, providing Level 2 and Level 3 support, and managing physical support for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment.
