SOE / Application Packaging SME

The SOE/Application Packaging SME will be a Subject Matter Expert on Windows 10/11 SOE lifecycle management, encompassing SOE image build and Operating System and application deployment methodologies. The role requires 3+ years of experience in SOE engineering and modern device management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SOE engineering and modern device management
• Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, strong understanding M365 stack (Exchange online, Office Suite, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
• Application whitelisting and end point protection concepts
• Microsoft PowerShell and automation experience
• MSI, MSIX, and App-V packaging for Windows 10/11
• Application patching
• Mobile Device Management
• Exposure to Service Management tools (Service Now preferred)
• Experience in mid-to-large-scale enterprises
• Experience in Hybrid environments with on-prem and cloud infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical detail to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Strong understanding of ITIL fundamentals
• Incident management concepts and SLAs
• Change & Release management
• Strong documentation skills
• Australian Citizen with Baseline (NV1 is preferred) security clearance
