• Experience in customer success, account management, or management consulting role, ideally in Fintech industry
• Experience advising clients on bringing new products to market and consulting clients on industry best practices
• Quick learner, organized, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Team-focused and energized by wearing many hats
• Enthusiastic about fintech and creating the future of financial infrastructure
