Gen AI Engineer

We're looking for a Gen AI Engineer to help Unit grow into the GenAI era across all fronts, leading hands-on initiatives that apply large language models to real production systems and drive full-lifecycle projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a lead engineer, including experience as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or VP Eng
• Strong backend development experience with modern engineering practices and production infrastructure
• Experience in the full GenAI lifecycle: model selection, benchmarking, optimization, deployment, and monitoring
