Job Description
United Ag & Turf is seeking a Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to diagnose, service, and maintain agricultural, commercial, and turf equipment. This role involves both on-site repairs and mentorship, and may include some direction from the Field Service Manager. The company strives for exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Diagnos and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology
- Perform diagnostics and repairs in the field as required
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts kept in stock on service vehicle
- Mentors Service Technician and Apprentice Technicians
- Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
