United Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country is a nonprofit organization that delivers comprehensive health and human services to individuals with developmental disabilities across Northern New York. The organization offers individualized support, residential alternatives, habilitation programs, and community-based services to empower clients to live independent, fulfilling lives.

High school diploma or GED, one year of customer service experience, and written and verbal fluency in English

High School Diploma or equivalent, successful completion of Agency orientation and training programs, and NYS Driver’s License with two years of driving experience required

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Primary Care
Current NYS Licensed Practical Nursing Certification, current BLS Certification, proficient communication skills, and strong organizational skills

High school diploma, DSP certification, and 2 years of driving experience required
Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential Services (Edwardsville)
High School Diploma or equivalent, experience in DSP or related field, and valid NYS Driver’s License required
Dentist (Federally Qualified Health Center)
New York Dentist License and CPR/BLS certification are required. Proficiency in eClinicalWorks is highly preferred. Strong communication & organizational skills
