Piping and Pump Mechanic

Sydnor Hydro, Inc is seeking an experienced Piping and Pump Mechanic to join our growing team in Richmond, VA. This role involves performing water and wastewater system installations, maintenance, and repairs, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems.

Requirements

• Experience in underground piping, well pump service and installation, wastewater system installation and service
• Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical problems
• Experience in plumbing and electrical work required
• Ability to read blueprints and specification requirements
• Equipment operator and CDL license a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:00-4:30 and rotating emergency on-call
