Training Representative I

The ICD Training Representative will administer a joint U. S. Steel / United Steelworkers training program by scheduling training, communicating with local oversight committee, and managing the training budget.

Requirements

• Prior experience in employee training programs in a manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
