Training Representative II

The Training Representative will manage and direct the activities associated with the education, training and development of U.S. Steel employees both hourly and salary at the plant level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or Management, concentration in Human Resources or Instructional Design helpful
• 2 years’ experience in Adult Education, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development or other training related experience
