Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
- NATE Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
