Uniti is a premier insurgent fiber provider dedicated to enabling mission-critical connectivity across the United States. We are seeking a dynamic Contract Sales Recruiter to source and hire talented Direct Sales Specialists.

Requirements

• Recruit, screen, and onboard Direct Sales Specialists
• Travel up to 50% to attend and facilitate hiring events, job fairs, and company-sponsored recruiting activities
• Engage in grassroots recruiting activities, including community outreach, networking, and building relationships with local organizations
• Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Represent the company brand positively at all recruiting events and in candidate interactions
