Job Description
Unity is seeking a senior software engineer to join their growing team on a one-year contract. The role focuses on maintaining the platform support for Embedded Linux, QNX, and Android solutions, with increasing responsibility for platform expansion and features in multi-touch areas. The engineer will collaborate with teams worldwide and provide technical leadership on platform development.
Requirements
- Proven ability to design, implement and debug scalable feature sets in a large multithreaded C/C++/C# codebase on Android
- Familiarity with rendering stacks such as OpenGL or Vulkan
- Proficiency with platform profiling tools (CPU/GPU/IO)
- Familiarity with Real Time 3D, UI systems and services
- Experience working in direct contact with customers
