Assistant Nurse Manager - Emergency Services

The Assistant Nurse Manager has accountability for the clinical and administrative leadership of the assigned patient care area under the Nurse Manager. The position assures the delivery of quality patient care and accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the UnityPoint Health Meriter system. The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for promoting a collaborative environment in which excellence in patient care can be delivered.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
• 3 years of nursing experience
• Previous management experience
• ANCC specialty certification in area of practice
