Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Rehab Experience Specialist to join our Outpatient Therapy Team. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with therapy team to support exceptional patient experience and outcomes, and will have a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in hospital or healthcare setting (preferred)
