Job Description
The Guest Services Assistant (GSA) is the front door Ambassador to all patients, families, visitors, physicians, affiliates, students, clergy and employees, providing exceptional assistance and ensuring each customer receives the help they need.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of post-high school experience in a fast-paced office/reception type setting, health care setting or customer service field
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook
- Solid computer and typing skills
- Strong math skills with ability to work with money and dispense change correctly
