Job Description
The Nursing Assistant practices and performs basic nursing assistant procedures, working under the close supervision of the Registered Nurse. The role requires respect for patient dignity and privacy, adherence to hospital safety policies, and practice within the scope of training. The CNA works in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment on a Neuro/Med-Surgical unit, providing high-quality care to complex neurological, medical, and surgical patients.
Requirements
- State of Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Currently CPR certified or eligible for certification
