Manager, Inside Sales

As a key leader of the largest inside sales force in the market, you will be responsible for growing a sales district and managing a team of Inside Sales Account Managers to meet sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred but a proven track record within inside sales leadership is equally important
• 3+ years of inside sales leadership experience
• Highly developed selling, negotiation, financial management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills in coaching, motivation, and team building
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and analyze complex situations or undefined issues to determine proper course of action
