Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in account management or client services, ideally in the retail or B2B sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proven record of growing and retaining key accounts.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunity and deliver value.
- Confidence in leading both client discussions and internal teams.
