Manager Purchasing

The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing purchasing activities for University Hospital facilities, including providing leadership, planning procurement, supervising bids, and ensuring timely issue of contracts. This role focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of the Procurement Section and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. The position requires a degree in business or a related field with five years of purchasing experience.

• Plans and schedules procurement of architectural, engineering, and construction services
• Attends and facilitates procurement meetings
• Ensures timely issuance of contracts
• Supervises contract amendments and change orders
