Paramedic

University Hospital is seeking a Paramedic to deliver and direct Basic and Advanced Life Support (BLS and ALS) in the pre-hospital setting. The role involves responding to patients of all ages and backgrounds, using appropriate techniques to assess, treat, and transport them to a medical facility. The Paramedic also ensures accurate documentation and supports EMS operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of EMS experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of EMS driving experience with a clean driving record
• Valid PHTLS (Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support) or BTLS (Basic Trauma Life Support) provider card preferred
• Valid NJ Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic or NJ Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) certification preferred
