Business Development Associate

We are a minority-owned Fintech company empowering small to medium-sized businesses, seeking a Business Development Associate to serve as a first point of contact to our clients, gather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments to develop new business.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
