Business Development Associate - Bilingual In Spanish

We are a minority owned Fintech company that empowers small to medium-sized businesses. We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for gathering leads, conducting cold calls, and scheduling appointments to develop new business. You will also be the brand ambassador to our company by introducing the business solutions we provide to our clients.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
