Licensed Plumber

We are seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our team at UCH, a Philadelphia-based property management company. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is willing to work both independently and on a crew.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of plumbing trade including boiler and HVAC repair and installation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments (e.g., confined spaces, outdoors).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
