University City Housing is hiring a skilled Painter to join their team. Responsibilities include painting and plastering, renovating homes, and performing preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of painting and plastering experience
• Strong levels of communication (both written and spoken English)
• Ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
• Must be comfortable with heights and ladders
• Willingness to work on call and non-traditional hours
