Job Description
The Manager, Internal Medicine Residency Program guides day-to-day operations of internal medicine and medicine-pediatric residency programs and helps ensure compliance with organizations such as the American Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and Residency Review Committees (RRC). This position manages requirements of the training program, duty schedules, evaluation process, resident recruitment, Match process, orientation and employees relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Advanced degree preferred
- Healthcare and/or academic medical experience preferred
- Previous experience with fellowship training programs, resident/fellowship recruitment preferred
- Management experience preferred
