Job Description
The Research & Policy Lead will contribute to development economics research and policy projects across the Lab. They will work closely with the Faculty Director and DIL leaders to identify and develop new research projects and manage existing projects. The Research & Policy Lead will also lead fundraising efforts, train and supervise research staff, and oversee data collection activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- PhD in economics or related field (preferred)
- Experience running randomized control trials (preferred)
- Prior experience working on randomized evaluations, development economics research, and/or public policy in developing countries (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
