FP/AEGD Dental Hygienist

Cleaning patients' teeth and evaluating their oral hygiene. Educating patients about oral hygiene. Assure all needs are met relating to the provision of patient care in the hygiene clinic.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: Education -A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or 18 months to four years of work experience in a related field.
• Competent computer skills using a PC and EHR.
• Current knowledge of dental terminology, dental instruments, and materials.
• Dental Hygiene License.
• Local anesthesia license.
• State of Michigan Radiology Certification or comparable.
• BLS Certificate.
