Non-Academic Talent Acquisition Specialist- Qatari National Only

University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) is seeking a Non-Academic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Capital Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking recruitment, developing interview questions, and facilitating the hiring of suitable candidates.

Requirements

• Contribute to the development of a yearly plan for Recruitment
• Monitor achievement of Recruitment plans periodically
• Develop interview questions and assessment methods
• Research external recruitment tools and services
• Support with organizing and attend recruitment events and job fairs
• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates
• Establish effective networks
• Populate employment contracts and engage with candidates
• Prepare job adverts and upload approved job adverts
• Initiate reference check of shortlisted candidates
• Coordinate with HC operations teams
• Liaise with Government Agencies and Government Employment Portals
• Conduct initial / screening interviews
