Discipline Support Administrator

The School of Engineering is seeking a highly organised, self-motivated and flexible appointee to work within one of the four teaching disciplines within the School. The postholder will provide administrative support to the Director of Discipline and Discipline Programme Manager as well as the day-to-day supervision of one Discipline Support Administrative Assistant.

Requirements

• Experience of using IT systems, software and databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focussed attitude.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan own workload, and take in to account the workloads of others
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in both written and figure work.
