Assistant Professor - IM Dept (Medical Oncology)

The University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking a full-time academic clinical physician/investigator with demonstrated interest in geriatric oncology. The successful candidate will join a team of physicians and allied health professionals in the Division of Medical Oncology, the Division of Hematologic Malignancies and Cellular Therapy, the Division of Geriatrics, or combination of the above, as well as the University of Kansas Cancer Center (KUCC), the Center for Survivorship and Patient-Oriented Research (CSPOR), and the Landon Center on Aging (LCOA).

Requirements

• MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent degree (PhD alone is insufficient)
• BC/BE in Hematology or Medical Oncology AND Geriatrics
• Hematology or Oncology or Geriatrics inpatient service and outpatient clinic
• NIH or other federal funding
• publications in geriatric oncology
