Job Description
The Senior Project Manager collaborates with senior leadership to ensure projects related to UMGC Strategic Plan are properly scoped, meet key milestones, completed on-time and on-budget to deliver extraordinary business outcomes.
Requirements
- Partners with executives from initial project conception and strategic planning sessions through successful execution and continuous improvement
- Takes responsibility to track, report, and communicate the department’s performance and value
- Serves as a change agent, supporting both the identification and application of new project management concepts and driving the spread of best practices organization-wide
- Creates a cohesive, high-performing team of senior program/project managers and senior business analysts
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
